Desktop vs Store
Store has its own clock. Changelog wins. Microsoft Store.
Bootstrappers
Optional. Confirm what actually launched. Bloxstrap.
Clients means supported desktop Roblox windows. Microsoft Store is a separate channel with its own cadence. If changelog says Store is out, launching Store is not a Xeno bug. Store chapter.
Bloxstrap and other bootstrappers can change which binary you actually started. This site does not require a named bootstrapper. It requires a desktop client 1.3.6.0 still lists. Bloxstrap note if you use one.
Suspended or crashing clients will not attach. Restart the client, then Xeno, then attach once. Task Manager is the debugging tool, not a third Xeno instance.
We will not document how to run unofficial clients, modified packages, or OS-level hides. Those are other tutorials and other Terms issues.
Two windows: see multi-attach. One window is the default until you have a reason.
Version hashes move. When they do, this chapter defers to offsets / updates instead of inventing a live blog.
Which window you actually launched
Clients in this documentation means: identify the Roblox process you expect Xeno to bind. Desktop installer versus Microsoft Store is the split that causes the most false “dead ZIP” reports. Changelog is the only list of what 1.3.6.0 intends to support this week. A YouTube thumbnail is not that list.
Bootstrappers can change the channel, the flags, or the working directory without changing the window title much. If attach fails only when you launch through a helper, launch stock desktop next. Bloxstrap is optional and not vendored here.
Multiple desktop windows are multiple clients. The manager UI, if present, is a list — not a promise that Store and desktop can mix. Multi-attach.
After a Roblox update, the same shortcut can still open a client whose internals moved. Attach then fails on a healthy extract. That is offsets, not a bad Clients tab. Updates.
This page will not document how to spoof a package identity, sideload a Store build, or pin an old client installer. Unsupported channels stay unsupported until changelog says otherwise. Store, attach.
The Clients row in the schematic is a reminder that identity matters: which executable, which channel, how many windows. It is not a process killer and not a task-manager replacement. Closing a client from Roblox is still the clean way to drop a session.
UWP, store, and desktop can share a display name in screenshots. File location and changelog beat the screenshot. If you cannot tell which you launched, attach results will stay folklore.
